How to get involved
Become a Research Participant
This Site has been created for the specific purpose of gathering information for a PhD research project. If you would like to take part, you need to be:
- a senior manager of a deaf charity
- a senior manager of a BSL interpreting agency
- a BSL interpreter
- a public sector commissioner of health and social care services.
If you are any of the above, your knowledge and experience will be of value to this study. Please get in touch using the contact form.
Here's what some of the other research participants have said after a first interview:
"It's been a really enjoyable conversation. I congratulate you as well for taking on this research. It's an endeavour and I don't think anybody else would have developed it like this and had this idea."
"(The interview) has given me an opportunity to reflect as well. You've put forward some interesting points, which I think has been helpful just to help me add flesh to the bones of what I night be thinking. But also just to challenge those things a little, which I welcome."
"I think you're very insightful in your approach. . .and you're in a unique position to think about exactly this (research question)."
Your participation will take no more than an hour or so of your time, in English or BSL (your choice) and in complete confidence. You can book a meeting with me here.
THANK YOU!
